Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 days a week with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment focused on post-operative patients, particularly in orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Conduct blood transfusions and maintain IV and central line access.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to documentation protocols using Meditech Expanse.
• Float between MS2 and MS3 as required to meet patient care needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have basic Med/Surg experience and experience with post-op patients.
• Certifications required: BLS; ACLS preferred but not required.
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
