Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in attorneys who offer:

• 8+ years of sophisticated legal experience with an established practice or specialty
• Current or prior experience with an Am Law firm, sophisticated regional firm or highly regarded specialty practice
• A small to moderate portable book of business and/or meaningful transferable client relationships
• Strong professional and academic credentials
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and client relationships
• An interest in finding a platform that provides greater practice synergies, cross-selling opportunities, geographic reach and growth potential
