Job Overview Xpect Solutions is seeking a creative, Digital Content Specialist to join our team supporting a dynamic digital communications program. This role is evenly split between social media management and photo/video production—ideal for a hands-on content professional who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing it. The position is hybrid, based in Washington, D.C., with an expectation of approximately 50% onsite presence, particularly during onboarding. Core Responsibilities Design, develop, and manage social media campaigns across relevant platforms Create engaging posts, graphics, and multimedia content tailored to target audiences Drive audience growth and boost engagement through creative and data-informed strategies Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns from concept through delivery Analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations to leadership Define and refine the social/web customer experience to align with brand voice and business objectives Stay current on industry trends and competitive strategies to identify short- and long-term opportunities Produce, edit, and deliver photo and video content for digital platforms, websites, and campaigns Design and mock up digital layouts and visuals that effectively communicate information across multiple channels Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content needs and translate them into compelling media Ensure all visual content meets brand standards and audience expectations Contribute to content planning and campaign strategy alongside execution activities Develop customer engagement strategies across social and web platforms Requirements Must-Have 2-3 years of experience in a multimedia, content, or digital communications role Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and campaigns Proficiency in Adobe Premiere for video editing Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and graphic creation Experience planning and executing social media campaigns end-to-end Experience working with both photo and video content (strength in one is acceptable; exposure to both is required) Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools Active Top Secret clearance required Nice-to-Have Additional Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) Experience with content management systems (CMS) and file publishing workflows Familiarity with secure or member-based portal environments Experience handling sensitive information in compliance with data security protocols Benefits Xpect Solutions, LLC is a one-of-a-kind employer with a talented team that is cleared at various levels and is certified in dozens of industry-recognized certifications.
