Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 6:45am - 7:15pm

Role Overview:
In this assignment, you will be responsible for providing critical, patient-centered care to ICU patients, applying your advanced clinical judgment at every stage of the nursing process. You'll uphold the standards set by the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. This position requires strong scientific judgment, adaptability, and leadership as you anticipate patient needs, delegate tasks appropriately, and oversee support personnel. Paper charting will be used.


Required Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma RN license (must be included with your application)
• Two years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
• Valid ACLS & BLS certifications (must be current and via the American Heart Association; include with submission)
• Proficiency in paper charting
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to lead in an ICU environment
