As a key leader, you'll oversee high-profile sports, recreation, and community-focused projects through every phase of delivery. From strategy and client engagement to team leadership and project execution, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing visionary spaces to life while helping expand CHA's impact in the sports market.What You'll Do:Lead proposal development and establish project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with multidisciplinary design teamsServe as the primary client partner, building trusted relationships and ensuring project goals are achieved from concept through completionDevelop project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and direct project planning and coordination efforts across architects, engineers, planners, and specialty consultantsManage project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and quality control processes to support successful project executionOversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and resource managementLead contract administration, consultant coordination, and project documentation throughout all phases of deliveryFacilitate project meetings and provide timely progress updates to clients and internal stakeholdersSupport marketing efforts, help identify new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of CHA’s Sports portfolioWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field requiredMinimum of 9 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering, architecture, and construction administration required, including 6 years of project management experience Commercial construction design experience requiredSports facilities experience preferredDemonstrated experience managing client relationships, understanding contract requirements, and overseeing multiple concurrent projectsProven experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents requiredExperience managing project accounting processes—including forecasting, budgeting, revenue, and cash flow—required Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; knowledge of MS Project and Deltek VantagePoint preferredAn articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groupsAbility to travel as needed requiredPE (Professional Engineer) license or RA (Registered Architect) license preferredConsulting industry experience highly preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Lead the delivery of impactful sports, recreation, and community-focused projects that leave a lasting mark on the places where people compete, connect, and thrivePartner with industry-leading architects, engineers, and planners to bring complex, high-profile facilities from vision to realityBuild trusted client relationships, drive business growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of CHA's expanding Sports practiceCurious about the impactful work our Sports team is doing? Salary Range:$130,000 - $150,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
