Providers travel throughout assigned regions based on business needs. Average: 35 in-home assessments per week Extended travel assignments (multiple consecutive weeks, including weekends) All travel logistics reimbursed Ideal for NPs who Enjoy travel and autonomy Want focused, preventive care work Prefer structured visits without ongoing panel management Are open to practicing across multiple states What You’ll Do As a Travel HRA Nurse Practitioner, you will: Conduct comprehensive, non-invasive in-home health assessments Review medical history and perform medication reconciliation Identify care gaps and document findings Provide patient education on wellness and prevention Complete, accurate, timely electronic documentation Important: This role does not require prescribing, diagnosing new conditions, or managing ongoing treatment plans.
