Key Responsibilities\n

  • Develop, implement, and manage crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support patients in achieving and maintaining stable functioning.

  • Create and execute discharge plans as patients reach therapy goals, ensuring a smooth transition and continued support in their mental health journey.

  • Follow all federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures, to ensure compliance and uphold the highest standard of care.

  • Commit to ongoing professional growth by participating in training and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

  • Engage in case consultations and agency meetings, collaborating with peers to share insights and improve care delivery.

  • Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to maintain licensure and expertise in the field.
