Junior Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Chain Management RoleThis role is responsible for ensuring product availability by collaborating with the HQ Global Operation Center to meet forecasted demand aligned with Sales and Product Marketing objectives. The position requires generating reports, maintaining inventory visibility, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain management processes and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with HQ Global Operation Center to align product availability with forecasted demand.Generate reports to maintain clear visibility on inventory status.Validate data accuracy and collaborate cross-functionally to identify supply risks and develop recovery plans.Represent the SCM team in internal and external engagements, including customer-facing interactions.Support continuous improvement initiatives in SCM processes.Manage Purchase, Sales, and Inventory operations.Conduct demand forecasting and analysis.Oversee order management and fulfillment tracking.Contribute to internal and external meetings.Manage KPIs and performance reporting.Run ad hoc reports and provide data-driven insights.Monitor and manage EOH (Ending on Hand) and WOS (Weeks of Supply) targets.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Mathematics.MBA or MS degree is a plus.1 to 3 years of work experience in a related field.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.SAP experience preferred.Strong background in mathematics, Excel functions, and logical thinking.Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable presenting and building consensus with counterparts and customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural business environment.Availability to work overtime and on holidays when necessary.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.SkillsOwnership & AccountabilityCritical & Analytical ThinkingExcellent Verbal and Written CommunicationAdvanced Excel ProficiencyExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00 - $26.38/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
