Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

Role: Clinic Medical Lab Technician (MLT) As a Clinic Medical Lab Technician, you will analyze blood and other body fluids to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Duties include ensuring accurate and efficient testing, maintaining specimen integrity, timely reporting of results, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to integrate lab findings into patient care. The role includes operating and troubleshooting laboratory equipment and maintaining quality control to ensure reliable test results. Tasks include complex technical work as well as routine maintenance and clerical responsibilities to keep the laboratory functioning smoothly. About the Clinic Lab Department In the Clinic Laboratory at CRMC, we focus on outpatient diagnostics, wellness screenings, and chronic disease monitoring to support primary care providers and specialists. We provide early detection, preventative screenings, and efficient lab workflows to support fast, reliable results that guide patient care. The team works with state-of-the-art equipment and adheres to rigorous quality standards.
