Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility setting. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in the surgical environment, supporting operating room procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout surgical interventions. The role requires collaboration with surgical teams and adherence to established clinical protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program; valid registered nurse license in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; three (3) to five (5) years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience; current or future bachelors degree in nursing or related field; Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) certification preferred; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; pre-operative area skills and IV start skills preferred.
