Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays) Key Responsibilities: Load/unload trucks and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality. Process and prepare orders, ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory control and stock organization. Operate a forklift and other motor vehicles (certification preferred). Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse. Assist with purchase orders, shipping, and receiving. Qualifications: Knowledge of running fleet and keeping vehicles maintained 3+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC or construction preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. ServiceTitan software very helpful Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
