BOS Staffing is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operations Specialist who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience from the back room to the showroom. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and seeing the direct impact of their efforts on customers' homes and experiences.

If You Have:

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (lift experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely
• A team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Customer service skills and a positive, helpful demeanor
• Furniture assembly experience (a plus, not required)

You Will Be:

• Assembling furniture accurately and efficiently
• Operating warehouse equipment to move, store, and stage products
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verifying product condition and order accuracy
• Assisting customers with pickups and ensuring a smooth handoff
• Supporting showroom merchandising by staging and displaying furniture
