Maintenance Engineer

Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to support the overall upkeep and functionality of our property. This role includes performing routine maintenance, addressing guest requests, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of building systems, and a commitment to providing a safe and well‑maintained environment. Key Responsibilities Help ensure our hotel runs smoothly by maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance, diagnose and fix issues, and assist with upgrades and installations. Report to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer. Career growth potential into engineering supervisor, chief engineer, or facilities management in hospitality. Education & Experience No educational minimum required. Hotel experience is always a plus. Previous experience in a similar or related position desired. What You’ll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
