Foundations Learning Academy is looking for an energetic, reliable, and caring After-School Teacher Aide to join our team! If you love encouraging kids, helping with homework, and leading fun creative activities—all while having your mornings and evenings completely free—this is the ideal position for you. Ideal For:

- Competitive Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour (scaled up for experience).
- Supportive Team: Work alongside dedicated educators in a positive, upbeat environment.
- Fulfilling Work: Be the highlight of a child's day through homework wins, fun games, and positive mentorship.
- Guide & Mentor: Supervise and engage school-age children in structured, fun after-school activities.
- Support Learning: Assist students with homework, tutoring, and skill-building exercises.
- Lead Creative Fun: Help organize hands-on educational games, crafts, and outdoor recreation.
- Keep It Safe & Welcoming: Maintain a clean, organized, and positive classroom environment where every child feels secure and valued.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience working with children (preferred, but a passion for helping youth is a must!).
- Ability to pass standard background checks and central registry screening.
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- A warm, patient, and energetic personality with strong team-player skills!
