Job Summary: Seeking a self-motivated Work Center Planner with strong computer, communication, organizational, and time management skills to support GSE shop operations and management. This onsite role involves administrative support, maintenance tracking, compliance coordination, vendor communication, and operational support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical and administrative support duties including typing, emailing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and answering phones.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Process and track maintenance work orders and compliance activities.
• Schedule routine maintenance checks and follow up on open maintenance items.
• Process, file, and submit required compliance documentation.
• Assist with maintenance program coordination and related operational tasks.
• Support purchasing card reconciliation and invoice processing.
• Verify parts receipts and coordinate with vendors for follow-up activities.
• Process required personnel and SIDA-related paperwork.
• Assist local management with daily operational and administrative functions.

Qualifications:

• SIDA badge required
• Valid driving capability/license required
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday.
• 2:00 PM 10:00 PM.
