RV Country is looking for a Shop Foreman to lead our busy service department! In this key role, you’ll guide the team in the shop, manage the flow of work, and make sure every RV is serviced and repaired to the highest standards. If you’re a natural leader who enjoys keeping things organized and helping customers get back on the road, this is a great opportunity to join our team. Job Responsibilities Lead the service shop by managing workflow and ensuring all RV repairs and maintenance are completed to high standards. Coordinate daily parts installation and ensure work is completed on schedule. Assign and dispatch work fairly to technicians based on skills and timelines to maintain productivity and team morale. Monitor and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment in compliance with state and OSHA requirements. Support a positive shop culture through strong leadership and clear communication with technicians and service staff. Qualifications Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide technicians Excellent organizational skills for managing workflow and meeting deadlines Clear communication skills for working with technicians, service staff, and management Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment Requirements Education and Experience Past RV Technician experience required Past shop supervisor experience preferred Current valid driver’s license required High school diploma or GED required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company match PTO Great company culture Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
