Our leadership is committed to developing a diverse, inclusive, and values-led workforce.If you're passionate about making a difference for children, families, and our community, we invite you to apply!A Day in the Life:As an In-home Family Therapist in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program, you will gain experience with an evidence-based practice that supports at-risk youth ages 12–17 years old while collaborating with their families in their homes, schools, and in their local communities using several different therapeutic approaches. MST programs are growing throughout the state, nation, and world, giving you the potential for future portability and leadership opportunities.
