Job 18967: Litigation Paralegal
National law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their midtown Manhattan team on a temp to perm or direct hire basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An associates degree or paralegal certification, required
- A bachelor’s degree, a plus
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Construction law experience, a plus
- Strong research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery and motions
- Conduct document and privilege review for discovery
- Legal research
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
- Compensation during temp phase: $25.00/hour - $35.00/hour commensurate with experience
- Salary upon perm hire: $60K - $80K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, commuter benefits, FSA, HSA, 401K and more
- Full-time in office, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
