Accounts Payable Clerk

Contract to Hire

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with accounts payable or accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements
• Handling ACH/check payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Banner, or similar financial software is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
