Forklift Operator - Sit Down - Now Hiring

Control the flow of all materials in the warehouse! We are looking for dependable sit down forklift operators focused on dock operations and material flow management. This role is highly interactive with logistics and shipping teams and competitive hourly pay.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage all material movement on the shipping and receiving docks, utilizing the sit down forklift to stage, load, and organize inbound and outbound freight.
- Strategically place incoming pallets into temporary staging areas and move completed orders from the packing lines directly onto waiting trailers.
- Conduct precise, safe, and efficient loading of trailers, optimizing space utilization while adhering to transport safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with dock supervisors and truck drivers to manage trailer drops, swaps, and live loading timelines.
- Act as a general warehouse support, moving large bulk items or assisting with reorganization projects using the forklift as the primary tool.

work hours: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
