We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Data Analyst & Visualization Developer to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that drive strategic decision-making.

- Metric & Dashboard Development
- Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define and implement key metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Translate business requirements into technical metric definitions and maintain documentation.
- Create and optimize data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Qlik.
- Data Integration & Validation
- Work with Data Engineering to design data structures and pipelines that support analytics.
- Validate data pipelines, computed metrics, and client-facing data extracts for accuracy and consistency.
- Performance & Maintenance
- Tune and optimize dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
- Maintain a version-controlled library of visualization artifacts and reporting assets.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Provide input on new capabilities and potential metrics to the Product team.
- Train and support business users in using analytics tools and interpreting data.
- Collaborate with platform owners and operational teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related technical role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with BI development processes including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred: Experience in Banking or Fintech, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and AI/ML integration.
