Data Analyst/Data Visualization Developer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Data Analyst & Visualization Developer to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Metric & Dashboard Development
- Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define and implement key metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Translate business requirements into technical metric definitions and maintain documentation.
- Create and optimize data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Qlik.
Data Integration & Validation
- Work with Data Engineering to design data structures and pipelines that support analytics.
- Validate data pipelines, computed metrics, and client-facing data extracts for accuracy and consistency.
Performance & Maintenance
- Tune and optimize dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
- Maintain a version-controlled library of visualization artifacts and reporting assets.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Provide input on new capabilities and potential metrics to the Product team.
- Train and support business users in using analytics tools and interpreting data.
- Collaborate with platform owners and operational teams to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related technical role.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Proficiency in modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with BI development processes including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, and DevOps practices.
Preferred: Experience in Banking or Fintech, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and AI/ML integration.
