Job Summary (List Format):

- Act as Owner's Representative and Construction Manager for a growing real estate development firm with 10 active multifamily projects in Los Angeles.
- Oversee all aspects of ground-up multifamily project execution, ensuring schedules and budgets are maintained.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, serving as the primary liaison between ownership and project teams.
- Review and oversee daily project documentation, including logs, schedules, inspections, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, general contractors, utility companies, and consultants.
- Monitor and track project budgets, schedules, and overall performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain steady progress.
- Utilize strong construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and project control skills.
- Lead and manage multiple stakeholders with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bring a minimum of 5+ years of relevant multifamily development and ownership representation experience.
