Qualifications:

• Valid Missouri SLP license required
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but those eager to begin their school SLP journey are welcome
• Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with appropriate school-based experience

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and language disorders
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to track student progress and support academic success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state policies
• Participate in the IEP process, contributing essential insights and recommendations
• Provide supervision and mentorship if qualified and as needed
