Urban Outfitters is seeking an Assistant Designer to support the Women's Tops & Dresses Team! The Assistant Designer supports the Design team in bringing seasonal creative vision to life through trend research, sketching, CAD development, sample execution, assortment maintenance, and presentation preparation. This role requires a strong connection to the Urban Outfitters customer, trend awareness, excellent creative and technical design skills, business awareness, and the ability to stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and able to independently manage assignments while communicating effectively with design leads, cross-functional partners, and vendors to ensure product consistently...
