The Assistant Designer supports the Design team in bringing seasonal creative vision to life through trend research, sketching, CAD development, sample execution, assortment maintenance, and presentation preparation. This role requires a strong connection to the Urban Outfitters customer, trend awareness, excellent creative and technical design skills, business awareness, and the ability to stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and able to independently manage assignments while communicating effectively with design leads, cross-functional partners, and vendors to ensure product consistently...
