Server

A newly opened restaurant in North Tonawanda is seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Server to join a growing Front of House team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service and creating an enjoyable, memorable dining experience.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and presentation.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions end of shift reconciliation.

• Upsell additional menu items and promote specials or promotions.

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods.

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.

• Able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
