In addition, we are looking for strong business acumen and sales aptitude and someone who is self-directed by nature./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliSelects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery/liliManages placement of contracts while maximizing FI PVR/liliAssists sales desk in structuring deal/liliConsistently adheres to all FI office process and flow of contracts/liliManages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with business office/liliTracks and monitors FI PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations/liliParticipates weekly in sales meetings regarding FI training and issues/liliAssists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff/liliAdhere to all company policies and procedures/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliBachelors Degree preferred/lili3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products/liliMenu selling experience in required/liliBusiness management experience in the automobile industry is a plus/liliEffective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position./liliStrong Closing skills are necessary/liliStrong organizational skills Ability to train finance and sales personnel/liliValid drivers license preferred/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $100,000 - $180,000 or more.
