AWS Engineer

Technical Skills:
o Full LAMP Stack Knowledge: Proficiency in Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
o SOLR: Experience with search platform
o Shell (BASH): Proficiency in scripting o Containerization ServicesPipeline Management: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
o Object Storage Services: Familiarity with services like AWS S3 o Data Analysis: Ability to navigate and analyze data

Additional Skills:
o Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to offer production support, work effectively in a team environment, and communicate expectations, issues, and progress toward deadlines
o Adaptability: Ability to navigate and manage change

Experience :
o AWS (S3): 2+ years of experience
o CICD: 2+ years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
o Production Support: 2+ years of experience o Process Analysis: 2+ years of experience o GitHub: 2+ years of experience
(1.) To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) or new developments based on business or client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
(2.) To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
(3.) To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
(4.) To provide technical guidance to junior developers
(5.) To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
