Initiate communication with individuals and organizations to arrange planned meetings and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, ultimately resulting in referrals for customers requiring our restoration services. Our goal is to secure commitments from these potential referral sources. Additionally, we aim to foster strong connections with our existing customers and referral partners through regular phone and in-person interactions, ensuring their continued loyalty and support. By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources.

Two positions available:

• A full-time compensated employee sales position. This position requires the employee to have existing connections and bring a book of business.
• Part time commission-only independent contractor, sales position with some flexible hours. These positions are sales positions for an emerging company that will require strong sales skills to initiate new relationships. Setting up a bonus referral program with plumbers, roofers, property managers, and realtors will be an important part of the initial responsibilities of the role. These are commission-based roles commission sales can reach up to $100,000 for the first year for someone who is highly motivated, and has the potential to increase in future years as there is no limit to the commission potential!

Compensation: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
