Revenue Integrity Analyst

Identifying and recovering contractual underpayments, the full-time Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage payer payment review initiatives, utilizing advanced analytics and reporting tools, while working in a hybrid environment after initial on-site training. Key responsibilities: Identify and quantify contractual underpayments and payment variances using remittance data and contract terms Manage underpayment recovery efforts, including claim research, appeals, and payer follow-up Conduct root cause analysis of underpayment trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue integrity, or revenue cycle operations Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, payer contracts, and claims adjudication processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing databases (e.g., EcW, Epic, Cerner) Understanding of commercial and government payer payment methodologies and reimbursement guidelines
