Consult with guests and recommend styles suited to their hair and lifestyle. Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences. Recommend products and service add-ons when appropriate. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and sanitized. Work as part of a collaborative salon team. Follow Drybar's brand and service standards. What We're Looking For Passion for hair, beauty, and making people feel amazing. Blowout experience required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive, team‑first attitude. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Eager to learn and master Drybar's signature styling techniques. Weekend availability is mandatory. Qualifications Must be 18+. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation. Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive styling motions. Virginia cosmetology license is welcome but not required. Must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist.
