Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for translating the company's vision into consistent execution.This role serves as the Integrator within our organization, ensuring every department operates efficiently, our Processes are followed, our Goals are completed, and our KPI's drive the right behaviors.The Director of Operations does not perform brokerage activities that require a California real estate license. Those responsibilities remain with the Broker. Instead, this role owns the operational engine that allows the business to scale.Your mission is simple:Make the business run better every week than it did the week before.This role is expected to evolve into the senior operational leader of the company as we continue to grow.
