Event Manager

Job Summary Our Communications client is seeking an Event Manager to join their team! This role will oversee the event marketing process, including strategic planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and communication of such events (may be internal or external). This role will be responsible for developing and executing events that support the client's brand, business, and communication objectives. The role will work cross functionally with multiple internal departments, properties, agencies, and senior-level leadership. Core Responsibilities Lead strategic development and execution of major events Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Lead and manage event agency Prepare and present strategies and programs to senior leadership Establish key performance indicators, measure, and deliver results Oversee event budget Also responsible for other duties as assigned by business management Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 4+ years of experience in developing and executing major events 4+ years of proven experience in creating and managing major high profile events to drive business and brand growth 4+ years of proven experience leading cross functional teams and agency partners Corporate planning experience Key Competencies & Behaviors Cross-functional leadership and collaboration Strategic ownership and execution focus Results-driven accountability Work Environment Location: Bellevue, WA Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $54.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
