Jobletics Pro is hiring Bartenders in ASHLAND, VA 23005 to join our hospitality team. This role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of bartending experience who enjoy creating drinks, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking reliable candidates who can maintain a clean bar, follow safety standards, and provide a great experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow proper alcohol service and safety regulations
• Assist with bar setup and closing duties
• Work efficiently during busy periods

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
• Knowledge of cocktails, drink recipes, and bar equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
