Locums Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant
An urgent care facility in East Rutherford, NJ, is seeking a Locums Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an immediate six-month assignment due to staffing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider to deliver quality urgent care services in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Schedule
· Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM
· Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM
· Sunday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
· Coverage: Single-provider coverage
· Patient Volume: Approximately 40 patients per day
Responsibilities
· Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries.
· Perform laceration repairs, suturing, and other required urgent care procedures.
· Develop treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care.
· Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
· Deliver efficient, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
· Active New Jersey medical or advanced practice license, as applicable.
· Active DEA registration.
· Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials.
