Clinical Nurse Coordinator Operating Room

The Woman's Hospital of Texas seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Operating Room to lead and deliver high-quality perioperative care in a state-of-the-art women’s health facility. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, ensure room readiness, and function as a circulating and/or scrub nurse for surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams, mentor OR staff, support quality and safety initiatives, and promote a patient-centered, compassionate environment focused on women’s and neonatal health.
