About the role:

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for cost accounting, estimating, billing agreement and outage load board development. We expect this position to uphold the mission and values it established.

You will report to the Site Manager.

Contract position-Onsite; located in Berwick, PA

Responsibilities:

• Cash flow development and reporting
• Monitor commitments, incurred, and actual costs
• Perform cost variance analysis
• Earned value management reporting
• Support estimate and budget development
• Perform ad-hoc project analysis and support
• Aid in cost code setup and billing
• Manage databases and generating reports
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to pass all background and screening requirements including drug and alcohol screening.
