Supply Technician

Supply TechnicianDuties may include but are not limited to:Coordinates the functions of the property management program.Serves as the primary data collection, data review, and reconciliation for all aspects related to the B09 and 1358 functions thus performing work in support of purchasing and/or procurement services, products, supplies, and/or small purchase procedures.Returns damaged and expired drugs through the reverse distribution vendor on a monthly basis and all patient returns on a weekly basis.Monitors recall website, email messages and notification from vendors/manufacturers, etc. and follows through from notification, investigation, and action of recalled products.Makes any and all necessary inventory adjustments to remove recalled product from the Inventory Management System.Ensures the proper product gets pulled and that each recall is reviewed carefully.Processes increases/decreases to 1358's as needed.Contacts prime vendor representative for invoice questions or concerns.Emails reverse logistics department at prime vendor for documentation needed for B09 processing.Conducts spot checking of inventory as required.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, varying hours between 6:30am and 5:00pmVirtual: This is not a virtual position.Position Description/PD#: Supply Technician/ PD04001ARelocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not AuthorizedCritical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not ApprovedPermanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized
