The right candidate will be highly food-focused ensuring appropriate par levels, freshness, preparation methods and cook times. Currently we're in Elgin TX, Bastrop TX, Austin TX, Hutto TX, and now Leander! We have a history of being the oldest BBQ joint in the state of Texas. We could't have done that without our valued team members and dedicated leadership teams. We want to keep making history. But we need to continue to add skilled and devoted managers that want to work for a company that has many growth opportunities. Qualifications Experience in managing a high-volume kitchen or restaurant Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills Our managers cook, lead the team, and tend to our guests!
