Delinquency Resolution Specialist

TRUSTONE FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION

TruStone Financial Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to resolve delinquent member accounts at our Burnsville, MN office. You will contact members by phone, letter, or in person to understand delinquencies and determine suitable repayment plans. Responsibilities include developing mutually agreeable plans to bring loans or accounts current and minimize losses while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
