Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for intensive care unit (ICU) coverage, providing essential patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring recent ICU experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality clinical support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, interventions, and observations accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control procedures, and hospital policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience within a general medical-surgical setting.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred certifications include CCRN and NIHSS.
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
