Come grow with us. We are hiring a Client Service Associate to join an established team of Financial Advisors in the Lafayette area. By addressing our clients’ investment goals with sound strategies, we are able to help them succeed financially. Required qualifications include 5+ years of administrative experience, sales support experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience. Desired qualifications include financial services industry experience, ability to provide administrative support including responding to prospect/client inquiries and requests for information, knowledge and understanding of brokerage or administrative support and basic Microsoft Office® (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills. Experience interacting directly with clients. FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents). Job Description Assists Financial Advisors by providing sales and servicing support. Act as liaison between Financial Advisors and internal departments (Compliance, Operations and Administration). Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: scheduling appointments for new and existing customers; monitoring and tracking referrals and sales results; issuing sales/marketing information to clients; providing customer service via telephone and written correspondence; solving operational issues; preparing sales packages; ordering supplies; maintaining file system for prospective and existing customers; processing customer service requests (address changes, statement copies, etc.); processing new account applications, obtaining necessary documents, resolving inquiries and handling account transfers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with a team and independently to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks, provide administrative and sales support to Financial Advisors through clerical and account-related duties including the flow of correspondence, and communicate daily with clients.
