In this role, you’ll provide attentive care to two secondary students—each attending on different days—allowing you to focus on individualized support. Your time may be shared between two high school campuses, with additional caseload details being finalized and the possibility of bus riding based on student needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Maryland
• Practical experience with g-tube and trach ventilators, ensuring confident care for medically fragile students
• Previous exposure to critical care settings highly valued
• Dependable personal transportation for travel between work sites
• School nursing experience a plus, though not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and case management for assigned students during the school day
• Monitor student health status, respond proactively to changes, and administer necessary interventions
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote continuity of care
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Remain adaptable as caseload or location may shift to match student attendance
