Location Vincennes, IN Compensation & Benefits Up to $100K (base $70K–$75K + up to 35% monthly bonus) + benefits. 8 weeks paid training with travel and accommodations provided. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and strategy to achieve donor flow and operational goals. Own and manage site P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets. Recruit, develop, and maintain a high‑performing team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and lead audits and inspections. Communicate expectations and make data‑driven decisions. Role Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or higher education. 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience. Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and withstand cold environments. Flexible schedule: day, evening, weekends, holidays.
