Sterile Processing Technician (SPT)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform decontamination, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and GI equipment
- Operate washers and sterilization units efficiently
- Assemble and inspect instrument trays with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization standards
- Maintain proper workflow within the Sterile Processing Department (SPD)
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams to support procedural needs
- Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing experience
- SPD Certification (CRCST/CBSPD) or CST certification (required)
- Experience in GI services/endoscopy workflow preferred
- Strong understanding of sterilization techniques and instrument handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- First-time travelers are accepted upon review
