NURSE PRACTITIONER

Hartford Healthcare seeks a GI Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced gastroenterology care within our integrated Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and manage patients with a variety of GI conditions, perform and interpret GI-focused assessments, coordinate diagnostic testing, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary staff. Responsibilities include developing evidence-based care plans, prescribing medications, providing patient and family education, and supporting transitions of care.
