Qualifications

~ Education: Master of Social Work from an accredited program
~ Licensure: Active New York State LCSW License
~ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
~ Requirements: Active Medicaid provider enrollment status; Bilingual Spanish (mandatory)
~ Technical Skills: Child psychosocial assessments, evidence-based therapies, case management
~ Soft Skills: Cultural competence, empathy, strong communication with children and families, collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities

~ Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6+
~ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
~ Maintain active Medicaid provider status
~ Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
~ Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations
~ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
~ Conduct family sessions and provide support to caregivers
