Occupational Therapist Job Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals of all ages to enhance their ability to perform daily activities, regain independence, and improve their overall quality of life.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing is required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required.

Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and continuous evaluations of patients' functional abilities.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and assistive devices to support daily activities.
