Customer Service Associate II

Responsibilities Assist with daily operations of the assigned store, including merchandising and supporting customers. Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely according to productivity standards. Merchandise and stock items as needed. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and general areas. Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register. Maintain security of cash and protect company assets. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required. Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required. Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills required. High level of integrity required.
