What Youll Do
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet resident needs
- Document observations and nursing interventions clearly and accurately
- Maintain a caseload of 1465 residents, depending on assignment
- Delegate and guide CNA team members based on resident needs
- Support daily operations alongside nursing leadership
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure safe use of equipment and adherence to policies
What Youll Need
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin (or equivalent)
- Current CPR certification
- 6 months to 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
