Description: You will be the Global Supply Chain Manager for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team supports Development, Production, and Sustainment Programs, ensuring seamless supply chain operations and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive success. What You Will Be Doing As the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will lead a team of Global Supply Chain personnel and work closely with stakeholders to meet manufacturing, internal operating plans, and contractual obligations. You will manage supply chain activities, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements. Manage and lead a team of GSC personnel to support supply chain activities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Program Management, Engineering, and Production Operations Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and address issues related to supplier on‑time delivery Continuously assess and strengthen tools and processes to proactively identify issues and implement corrective actions Identify and qualify alternate/dual sources of supply as required Support estimates and proposals, and contribute to capture efforts and future business growth Why Join Us We offer a dynamic and diverse environment with opportunities to make a significant impact. Basic Qualifications Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, or currently hold one Agile and effective leader who fosters a highly productive team environment Knowledge and experience in Program Management, Manufacturing, or Global Supply Chain Strong presentation and communication skills Capability to make strategic decisions while delivering results Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement and support change Proactive problem identification and timely resolution skills Desired Skills Previous managerial experience (people & processes) Previous estimating/proposal experience Experience with EVMS, ERP/MRP analysis and BOM Proficiency in SAP Security Clearance Statement This position requires a Secret security clearance and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
